1-on-1 Coaching is a personalized experience with me as your personal coach.

It includes an initial scheduled phone call or meeting where we go over your 4-week plan.

You will also be able to communicate with me daily

I will track your progress weekly and will change macros on an as-needed basis. I provide ONE sample macro meal day per week upon client request.

After 4 weeks, we will have an evaluation call to determine the next steps.

Please note: You are required to submit your macros daily for accountability.

Once we get started, submit before photos, measurements, and access body fat percentage.
